Hours of Operation
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday - 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
In-Person and Telehealth Sessions Available
All calls or emails received outside of these hours will be returned the following business day.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee.
School Notes are given at the conclusion of each youth appointment.
Fees and Insurance
Cost of Services:
$190 Initial Session – Diagnostic and Pretreatment Assessment / $125 for Private Pay
$190 per 55-minute Family Session / $125 for Private Pay
$170 per 55-minute Individual Session / $100 for Private Pay
$130 per 45-minute Individual Session / $75 for Private Pay
$200 Substance Use Evaluation for Private Pay
All other fees are provided on the Financial Policy and Fee Schedule.
*Please note, the cost of services may depend on many factors including: copays, coinsurance, deductibles, crisis interventions, and interactive complexities, such as family involvement.

Accepted payments include Cash, Credit/Debit Card, and HSA Account. Payment is due at the time of service.
